Recieved a letter from lloyds yesterday who mt partner has 3 accounts with.My iva failed after 4 days [its a long story ]anyway this was 4wks ago,i am presently setting up another iva,but am waiting a notice of failure,even though my name has been removed from iva register,apparantley i still need this?any creditors that have contacted us i have made token payments,lloyds are not one who have i was a bit miffed as to what this letter meant,has the tooth fairy paid it,do lloyds still think we are in iva,or have lloyds sold it to debt company,i will write letter and would appreciate any
advise[hope i havnt over loaded the system with this.]

we acknowledge reciept of your payment £0.00 which clears the amount due on your account,subject to clearance by your bankers

We should be grateful if you could ensure that all paying in books in your possession are destroyed and that any standing orders that have been set up in respect of this repayment are cancelled with immediate effect

Your account is now closed on our records and we confirm that no further action will be taken with regard to this matter

maybe im stuiped but former ip informed all creditors 4 wks ago and this is the first contact we have from lloyds,letter dated 12/4/07

Looks like a computer error Tracy. I am sure that the debt is still due, but your new IP will be able to check this out for you.
