I have seen a credit report that shows an IVA as being "suspended" I understood that an IVA was, 1 satisfactory, 2 failed, or 3 completed. Do you know what "suspended means?
Hi John,sorry cant answer your question as im not an expert,but is it not worth writting to the credit reference agencey to ask them.
Are you actually in an iva at the moment,making your contractual payments,if so why not take this up with your ip,let us no how you get on,maybe one of the forum experts may be able to help you.
