I am considering an IVA with Payplan. Can you tell me, does my employer have to know about these circumstances, I work for the education system as a nursery nurse.

Hi Ej
To the best of my knowledge you do not have to disclose an iva to your employer. There are some jobs which may state in your contract, such as banks. Someone will correct me if I am wrong,but think you would be ok.

I can assure you that your employer does not have to be made aware of your IVA.
