I have a few questions
I am currently in an IVA at present and all is goin well, as i live at home with my parents, would my IVA allow me to move out of my home and rent accommodation if i need to due to the nature of my job. Also upon passing my driving test , if my parents have bought me a vehicle would this have to be included in my agreement.

Hi
You could move out but the problem could be the increase in your living costs would almost certainly reduce your disposible income and hence your IVA payments, however if it was job related and you had no choice or you had a salary increase because of the move then you may well be able to get your IP to agree to this.
Your car would be a gift and would be yours but again you need to think about the running costs, how would you fund these ? Again if through drivng you secure a better paid job then the extra income could be off set by the car costs.
