Hi All
As you know we have just had a IVA refused solely by Northern Rock voting no within my partners proposal. My proposal got 100% in my favour but was withdrawn due to partners being rejected due to NR having 53% of his vote.

We have been advised to try for a DMP but just reading some posts on the forum have now seen that NR are also refusing DMP's they did not give our IP any other reason than they want my partner to deal with thier debt mangement dept.

Is this possible does anyone have any idea what this means and if they do reject the DMP offer what will happen next.

If we were to make an arrangement with NR would this mean we are giving them preferential treatment and so spoil our chances of a DMP now with other creditors and or an IVA in 3 - 6 months time.
