I started the IVA process through Thomas Charles who then passed it to Accuma as my IP's. Had the proposal sent from Accuma today with a creditors meeting date of 16th May.

I paid the first instalment to Thomas Charles and the second one is due at the end of this month. In Accumas letter they are requesting a cheque to be sent with my signed agreement for £288. My monthly contributions within IVA will be £345. I dont understand why? I can't afford to pay Thomas Charles my second and last instalment plus pay Accuma for this amount. Help!

Life is far too stressful!!

My IVA was through Thomas Charles and Accuma and I received the same letter. I rang Accuma and explained that I had to pay Thomas Charles and therefore couldn't pay them and they were fine. Give them a call and try not to worry about it!

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is the present - a gift to make the most of.
