My IVA was completed in January, and I have sent a copy of my certificate of completion to the credit reference companies.
I then ordered my files from all three companies just to check what details were shown about the IVA.
Equifax have a section near the start of their report headed Court and insolvency information which lists my IVA,and the start date,but it does not show a satisfied date,despite an empty space showing for this. Further on in the record( after all the credit details) they have added a notice of correction which states "Equifax confirms IVA court number XXXXXXXX dated xx/xx/xx is no longer registered on the insolvency service records effective from 09/01/08. Equifax are unable to confirm if this voluntary agreement has completed or failed."
Could anyone tell me if this is normal,or should I contest this with Equifax?
