Sorry I haven't been around as much as i would've like to, but now can tell you my F&F has been accepted and now sent off payment to my IP.
Hopefully in 3 weeks will have it all finalised and be debt free.
Thanks to all for your support and to assure you that i will still be here offering support to other people.

HI Keh
That's good news for you.
I am currently waiting to hear from my IP if he thinks my F&F proposal is ok - I sent info over 13 days ago! I had to give up work indefinately due to surgery and can't pay anything to the creditors, except my house qquity which will be fairly hiah as my mother is having it refurbished so I don't go bankrupt.
Do you mind telling me how much they have accepted as F&f and how long your IVA has been, taken and if your circumstances changed pleased?
I'm panicking so much that they don't accept.
