To anyone just starting out, it can be done and it will be worth it. I feel some sadness that our children have been through this with us but I hope they've not missed out on too much. It's been a long often stressful 6 years but last payment was made early last month (to Payplan) and now our completion certificates has arrived.
Time to clear our credit file, learn from past mistakes and move on

Your children will probably be better for the experience --- living within our means, as we do in an IVA, is not such a bad lesson.
