Hi have been reading about the annual review, but we have never received anything and we are just starting the 4th year. Is this normal not to hear anything.

Yes - you should receive a copy of your IP's annual report to creditors each year. Which firm are you with?

As far as I am aware, you should have a review every year. Does it say this in your proposal?
Normally you submit a new I&E and payslips etc., and this is what determines your payments for the next year.

I know your IP very well and would be verys suprised if he was not sending you copies of his reports. I would give him a ring directly to discuss this, as it seems very odd.
