Just had my 4th year review with no changes needed.

Will I need to submit a review on my 5th and 6th year ?

as payments end on 5th year, and no cash payed on 6th

Excellent news. I believe you will have to have a final one. I assume the extra 12 months is for your IP to tie up all lose ends so I doubt there will be one then.
