I did provide my IP with the update expenditure which reflected costs of the new baby but showed a minus value and no contribution being able to be paid towards the IVA.

My husband hasn't taken any advice as yet. Can you recommend anyone? I'm not sure he would be able to consolidate st the moment as he is maxed out on his borrowing.

We do have my in laws who are shortly going to be in receipt of some heritance, they maybe able to gift us £3k.

The expenditure figures you have posted above imply you can afford the contributions - have you given different ones to your IP?

A lump sum gift would probably solve everything if it was possible.

yes gave updated ones to IP. figures now have to be resent as part of an annual review with evidence of bank statements etc. so will be looking where I can make any savings. figures were different to above.
