We are only looking to get a mortgage before the six years are up iva has finished can you help with that Lisa kind regards john

You will be unlikely to get a mortgage before you are off the register and your credit file is cleared up.

Hi John I'm sorry but I don't think you will be able to. Speak to Ryan or Shaun as the others suggest - mortgages are not my specialty but they are theirs!

I am afraid I have to agree with the others. A mortgage before the IVA leaves your records is nigh on impossible. Speak to Ryan and Shaun -- you can at least get some spadework in.
