hi, i was wondering if i could get sky tv while in an iva,and things like mobile phone contracts

Hi thetrble an welcome to the forum. Yes you will be able to get sky tv while in a IVA, but i think if its a new phone contract you would have to have a credit check, which you would fail.

It is worth pointing out that in saying you will be able to get Sky TV, it would only be the most basic package that is available. Creditors may even suggest that a Set Top box and Freeview should be used wherever possible thus freeing subscription to Sky to come to them instead.

Hi
CCCS allow £21 for sky,this is the guideline that most IPs will use.This will get you the basic package.
