Yes, we have just come out the other side of bankruptcy! Whilst it was not without its stresses and strains, we both got Early Discharge and no IPA.

I also got to keep my private number plate, although we both lost our "posh" cars and our house was repossessed. We now have 2 old banger cars, cheap to run and does the job

I have just got a new job so things are looking up, debt-free and we will NOT be making the same mistakes again, I don't want another mortgage EVER or loan or credit card. I will just save up my wage now for holidays, etc. In fact, we have already booked a holiday for July

Jane, what fabulous news. I was thinking of you today. It must be scary for you but I'm sure you'll be great. You need this good thing, and I'm sure you'll love it. Viki X

Hi Jane

Thats great news!!!! I am really pleased for you, I can identify with the fear too, I havent worked for 18 months now, I was a health professional and the harrassment plus the stress of debt really did affect me too

Anyhow, its kind of normal to be nervous but you will be fine, once your first day is over, I am sure. You have come a long way and the fact that you went for the job is proof that youre ready. Get back on the horse and ride girl. There is a new life waiting for you on Monday.
