0870/0845 numbers

Have just been reading that from January 16th BT customers who have talk packages will include 0870 and 0845 numbers. Not as far as I am aware 0844 or 0871 but it might help some of us save the £s.

Hopefully the other companies will at least cut their prices. We're with Sky, so I'm hoping they do something. I asked Dave if he would go back to BT, and he said not even if they paid him!

That'll be good - we're on BT Broadband talk. I mostly trawl Say no to 0870, but that doesn't always work!

What I really hate is when you have to phone and 0870/0845 number to complain - it really winds me up that the company I'm complaining about are getting some of the money from the call!
