Hi

I had a full and final agreed 14th September 2007 with Grant Thornton. I sent the cheque off to them at the beginning of October 2007. I have tried unsucessfully until today to speak to them over the past couple of months as my credit account is still showing as all creditors unsatisfied and balances owing. GT called me today to advise they had missed one creditor off and had wrote to them giving them a dead line of Monday to claim, so to date not one of them has been paid. Is this the norm? I can't beleive I am a year on and still nothing has been done

Hi
I think that they normally have upto twelve months to conclude your IVA following a successful creditors/variation meeting, however they seem to have dragged their feet a bit in your case.
Keep in regular contact with them as you don't want your case going to the bottom of the pile again
Regards
