I had to get a new tire today for the car, (pick up a nail in the tyre while in Londaon on Tuesday, do you think Ken Livinston will give me a contribution? I did pay my congestion Charge)

Anyway here’s the tip, if you need a tyre for your car phone up National tyres tell them you got the number out of Yellow pages and their system automatically gives you 10% discount when they key in the information to their computer, and if you negotiate they will discount even further.

They quoted me £214 and i ENDED UP PAYING £150.

£150 still sounds a bit expensive to me...I steer clear of the national tyre retailers..you often get better deals at your local tyre place, and its always worth ringing around a few![:D]

Well if they can reduce their price from £214 to £150 they were cleary trying to rip you off in the first place anyway!
It was buying tyres for my sporty car that got me my IVA in the first place LOL[:D]

My car is 10 year old, but I use the motorways a lot and always worry about my tyres

My car broke down in the bad weather the other day.
The RAC man came, we were both stood there with our heads under the bonnet, he said,"It looks like you've blown a seal".
I said "No, its just snow in my moustache".

I apologise now.

Hi, check out www.mytyres.co.uk for cheap tyres, delivered to your door, shows you where to get them fitted and for how much, all you have to do is take them to the garage.
