I have been asked if I will accept a 12 month extension to my IVA proposal.
I really don't want that but feel trapped now as to refuse might jeopardise the IVA
There was already a 12 month extension to the normal 5 years with the remortgage not being done and a 6 month admin extension so we were already 78 months or 6.5 years
Is 7.5 years a reasonable request?

It may or may not be reasonable, depending on their reasons for the request. Is this added payments,or an extension to the administration period ?
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014
