Hi All, I wont go into too much detail and I wont start making accusations but obviously this thread is a bit one sided due to the complainant starting it. I am pleased to confirm that we (123) have refunded the payment in full to the client late last week.
With over 6 years experience, here at 123 we will always do what we can to assist any client in difficulties.

Hi 123. Thank you for "sticking your head above the parapet" :-)

I am sure many of our readers will be pleased to hear that you hold customer care highly and I am pleased that this particular instance has come to a successful conclusion.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

This is the response to the 123 debt solutions representative.I am still waiting for the money the way.I had to involve a third party to get things sorted.I do not think customer care was good as no one wanted to talk to me.Do I need say anymore

Hopefully it won't be too long before the money is back in your account. Is it held up with Natwest? only a thought.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Hi Melanie,

You are not alone I am now going through a very similar situation with 123 Debt Solutions. The same pathetic excuses are being used with me also "my letter of cancellation was with the admin team" what also really annoys me is the fact that calls are not logged on the system there at 123, I have a phone record of a call I made that they apparently know nothing about. I am now dealing with a director there as their staff were rude and argumentative (there wasnt this way when I was signing up but different attitude when you need to cancel)so I am hoping I will get a refund without having to get a 3rd party involved, but if needs be I will do.

Reading your thread has made me feel more confident.

Wish you all the best and lets stay away from 123 in the future!

Kayleigh.
