Gosh it didn't seem that long ago that you were posting to say your IVA had been accepted! Well done on the first quarter of the way.

Having now paid for a goodly period, can you tell us what changes you have really felt as a result of living under a fairly rigid budget. Have you resented not being able to do anything, or have you managed to cut the cloth accordingly with little bother?

And what are you going to treat Mrs Torch to with your first free contribution once the IVA has concluded? Weekend in Paris?

Thanks Melanie.
It's not been easy to live on a 'fixed' budget at times.
But, despite the position we found ourselves in we were never extravagant pre IVA, we lived on a fairly tight budget, but living on money we never had.
Therefore, the change has been fairly painless
in most respects.

As to a treat for the present mrs torch,
she said she always wanted a coat made from animal fur.

I'm thinking of buying her a donkey jacket.

She did say she wanted a divorce, but i said i hadn't planned on spending that much.
