thanks julie, the person i spoke to on the phone today said it was possible it may increase but he is sending me my I&E back in the post as he is not happy with some of the things i put on my I&E ( petrol, house repairs, motor insurance) i was never told to keep receipts however i will do my best to keep everything in future.

where i come unstuck i think is the level of overtime i can earn but this is blood money and i am just not going to do any anymore.

my iva company is harrington brooks (one advice ltd)

Greg,

Rather than waste time sending things in the post, can't you scan and email your insurance and any other receipts you do have? Petrol has gone up...I'd be amazed if anyone would argue about that!

My hubby went BR last year after his IVA failed, so please don't be afraid to ask any questions.

xx

What I don't understand here is why your IP thinks that your payments should increase Greg. Have they provided you with any explanation for this?

I don't understand why some companies almost make it their mission to either suggest unrealistic payments in the first place or seek to unnecessarily increase them after a review, if only all ips were as approachable and understanding as some of the professionals on this site.
