Wizz hey.

You dont need this, to hell with them, if they cant be bothered to sort you out, stuff it hun, go BR.

To the person who says dont tar IPs with the same brush, they should all be as good as the best. If they were, there wouldnt be any need for sites like this would there? Many are ignorant and dont flippin care, they are dealing with people who are worried sick and trying to do the right thing, regardless of what has brought them to this point. Make it fair and people wouldnt complain about IP's.

Wizz's health isnt good, this shouldnt be happening. Dont let them get you down Wizz, take the 3 payment breaks if you have to and go BR, put this behind you. You have obviously done your best and in poor health you certainly dont need this stress.

Good luck, I hope things work out for you.

Thanks for that Lili ... but on a brighter note I emailed with a hint of further action and they rang back not 10 minutes ago and re-did my I&E report. Apologies were forthcoming and it looks like everything is going to be OK ... also my new hospital appointment is through and Im going in on the 21 of this month ... again Lili thanks for the virtual hugs xxx

thats excellent news Wizz. Really pleased for you, hun. I was about to get the slapper out then on your behalf, I wonder if they read the forum, eh? Makes you wonder.

Anyway I have just come out of hospital, yesterday. I didnt like it much, but I am on the outside now. Good luck with the appointment and everything else.

Extra special love and take care now.

Excellent news Ray, I'm really pleased for you.

Back on track, everything is relative - what isn't a lot of money for one person may be a fortune to someone else. Even if it's not a lot of money that's not the point, Ray shouldn't have to go through this stress over money that he doesn't even owe.

That's ok if you can actually speak to someone who will help you.

You shouldn't have to push to get things sorted out, IP's and their staff should appreciate how stressful it can be.

I may not be an expert on these things but to me it seems that IP's and IVA companies will draw a fee for the work done for the client in an IVA. Therefore no 'pushing' should be necessary. Communication is a TWO way thing, right? Without the client there is no fee or payment, its not rocket science is it?

When someone is worrying, searching, phoning, emailing,. etc. They deserve to be answered. Doesnt really matter if its 50p £1 £10 or £100 pound, if you aint got it, you cant give it.

I totally agree Lily. If I refused to speak to my customers I'd be out of a job. Unfortunately a few people give the rest a bad reputation, the same as in any walk of life. That's why I would recommend anyone thinking of an IP speaks to Melanie, David or McCambridge Duffy.

Great news Wizz that it has been sorted. I have to agree that IPs and their staff must speak to their clients. It solves problems quicker and easier and builds up a rapport between all concerned. It is gross misconduct in this firm not to take or return calls and I am sure that the same policy is adopted at Cleardebt and Melanie's office.

IPs who do not talk to clients because they are too busy should jump off their ivory towers and deal with their clients concerns - or hand in their insolvency licence. Posts like this make my blood boil.

It is a great shame, and once again serves to demonstrate the need to select the right firm to act for you in the first place.

I wasn't aware that I could talk to my IP. To be fair he was happy to talk to me to offer me advice when I was going BR, but he wasn't the original IP, he was replaced 2 months in.
