Had my first annual review with payplan. 20 minute conversation & all now sorted for another year!! Did spend a fair bit of time making sure I had covered all expenses & showed them what they would be over this next year & the agreed. Didn't ask for too lavish things just pointed out what expenses we have currently.

I've found that if you put a little work in yourself it makes things alot swifter at their end. If the next 5 years go this quickly & the reviews are the same ease then hopefully I will avoid the grey hair.
The road is 72months long starting September 2010.

if you print out a copy of your i@e from last year then go through it and amend the entrys and any payrise or xtra income you got then this does indeed speed up the process no end and saves you having to find things out when as op says doing it over the phone.
i got to sort out what happens when my fixed rate comes to an end in december as theres nothing in my proposal about it and depending on which firm you with what the outcome is going to be.
i got about a month before my reveiw.
cc received 6th January 2014 now upwards and onwards

I've had three with them now and no problems at any time. Just make sure you have your latest I&E figures to hand. They will usually phone up to make an appointment with you to go through everything.

I keep mine saved on the computer and adjust it every year so that when Payplan ring up I'm ready for them.
