2 More payments to go But PPI Claim

Hi All

Finally seeing the end on 5th March 2013, Is there anything i should do before then i'm with DFD and all they are saying is to cancel standing order after last payment is made and wait up to 6-8 month for certicate i think?

My PPI claim (being done through the iva)still going though and i have found out RBS refunded the monies in my old RBS current account instaed off sending to IVA.

Just wanna make sure thing are done and not dragging.

It's a great thought to be finished isn't it and if you've been told to cancel the DD I would do that and then sit back and wait for the certificate.

They may want to complete a final review, I sent in a few things at the end and just waiting to hear now as my final payment was last week.

I claimed a PPI back about 14 months ago, irronically have 14 payments to go on my IVA. I did not know at the time that you had to pay it all to the IP. I am with DFD. On the bright side it was on about £30 I think. I cant find the proof of payment with the amount and hope I have not breached my IVA conditions to a degree that it fails it. Hoping to find the letter and actual amount, then I will contact my IP (DFD) and pay the money over, if the damage is not already done..PPI's really are a pain in the ~~~e.

Well done tigger72 for reaching the end of your IVA ... Your IP will hopefully be able to close your account in that timescale an issue a certificate of completion, my advice is to allow the PPI process o run it's course however frustrating it is...but hopefully before the Autumn you will be fully clear and able to move forwards with no looking back.
