Just had an email from PP everyone has now voted waiting hear whether they are all yes's. Only vote they are waiting on is Lloyds and everything hinges on that as they hold 40%. I am a bit miffed though, I made the DMP payment as normal as advised as they said if successful the money would be taken out of this as hubby also has 2 creditors and not doing IVA. Now they are saying a note will have to be added in order for my first payment to be made in May, as they money I have paid (which has not got there yet) will go into my DMP (surely if successful I wont have a DMP it will be an IVA)????

ITS BEEN APPROVED!!!!! Lloyds didnt vote. They are now getting 31p in the pound.

TIX want an extra £40 which is ok and I have to have the house revalued in month 54, but hopefully we will be in rented by then anyway.

I cant believe it its such an immense relief.
