Hi All need some advice!

Just had my 2nd annual review on 5th April no increase..GOOD NEWS!! My girlfriend expecting in December (Scared!! 1st Child).
I'm still at my parents. Girlfriend in renting accomandation and work part time and not in no IVA. Haven't made plan's to move in with her yet.

As you know later this year i will be buying things up for the baby etc (more expense) so the question is?

DO I NEED TO DO ANYTHING FROM NOW? apart from have a stiff drink!! (Well coke! trying to keep costs down)

Thanks for your advice in advance!!

HI and welcome to the forum.

Firstly congratulations on your news, I would possibly inform your IP of your change in circumstance as I'm sure you'll be wanting to support your new addition as well as buying some items for the baby. One of our professionals will be along very soon to offer their expert opinion. x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

This is bound to make a big difference to your finances, so have a chat with your IP to alert them to the change in circumstances. You will need to pay child maintenance at the very least, which is bound to impact upon your ability to service your monthly IVA payments moving forward.

I spoke to a lady at DFD finally and she said they i can either miss a couple payments and they will extend my iva for couple of months or do another i&E. She wasn't much helpfully at all really...

Hi tigger sorry you didn't get the help you/assurance you needed. Maybe you need to speak directly with your IP and get his/her advice. Can you contact your IP direct? (I am assuming you spoke to a representative of the company). x

Perhaps Declan can pick up on this tomorrow.
