Hi

Just thought I'd let you know that my 2nd creditors meeting was today and there were no objections [:D][:D][:D]

All that I have to wait for now is the variation letter to be sent to myself and solicitors who are awaiting to finalise the mortgage. If DFD pull their finger out and sign and send Tuesday then the re-mortgage should clear by end of next week [:D][:D][:D][:D](I'm going to ring them on Tuesday and ask them to email me a copy as my solicitor just need confirmation of the amount). Then I can forward email to solicitors as this will hurry up the process.

Hope that anyone else that had a meeting today had the same positive outcome as I did...

I'm on cloud nine woohooooo

Thank you for your kind words - I'm at work tomorrow from 8 till 4 but I am out tomorrow night celebrating - I was here this time last year and because my exhusband was 2 days late signing the deeds over that mortgage expired and I am now on my 6th one!!! All the paperwork is done just the one last one from DFD to go and fingers crossed for next week that mortgage goes through, I can't see any reason why not but the way the credit situation is at the moment anything can happen... but at the moment I just don't care as I have done everything I can [:D][:D][:D][:D]

Hope all is progressing without mishap. I wanted to ask if you would mind writing a review of your experience with your IVA provider on our review boards? That is if you haven't done so already. Many thanks

Best Wishes
