Will do Melanie. My ability with digital cameras and computers is limited to say the least but I have a couple of nephews aged 6 and 8 who can help me.

I have confirmation of the variation meeting that is on the 6th April, my IP has submitted everything I asked him to, decreased payments and allowing me to keep any overtime, not being able to continue the £400 monthly payment afterwards and asking to accept payments up until 1st August as full and final payment.
I just wanted to know if anyone had any experience of this type of variation being accepted, original dividend was 32p/£1 is now 29p/£1, I'm now finding myself counting down the days until 6th April (26 days...) this is just as bad as waiting to find out if the IVA was accepted 3 years ago, and I know I shouldn't worry, but this is a big deal for me, I've tried so hard over the last 3 years to put as much back into the IVA as possible, I've done as much overtime and earned as much sales commission as I could to make sure that I was always giving extra every month, I really don't want this to fail now....

You're bound to be worried, your debt free future depends on this!

As your dividend isn't going to be a lot less than you were originally proposing I would think you will be ok. The alternative is that it fails - and the creditors won't want that.

I don't know if anyone has had a similar situation, but I'm sure that if there is, they will be on to allay your fears.

Good luck for the 6th.

Thanx Jan, I know that each case is looked at individually, just reading through the annual report, the only positive thing was that stated is that I'm completely up to date on payments and all extra funds that have been requested have been paid, other than that is reads quite matter of factly, I think I'm maybe being a bit too emotional at the minute and am taking everything far too personally...

You're bound to, it is a worrying time, so feel free to come on and have a rant, or a bit of a moan anytime you want. We're all here for you.

This should be a happy time for you, not one filled with stress.

Looks good to me and it will be accepted so don't worry and enjoy your pregnancy without hassle.

Your offer is virtually what was indicated in the original proposal - so no probs. x

Just had 12 week scan, everything is going ok with bubs, which is a relief as I've been a bit worried lately as I've been a little stressed, only 11 days till the variation meeting now.....

The variation meeting happened this morning, GT are trying to clarify some problems that Capital One have with the variation, creditors have agreed to take payments up until August as full and final, but no-one will agreeto the reduced payments, after a few tears I'm kinda accepting it now, although god knows how I'll cope with having to get what I need before then, guess I'll have to see if I can squeeze anymore out of the budget, would it be fair to submit a new I&E and include some money every month for the baby?
I'm waiting to hear back from GT with regard to the problem that Capital One have, so I can ask them then about the new I&E.

Sorry it's not all cut and dried lilmc, but it does sound quite positive.

You can ask GT if they will do a new I&E - I don't know why they won't accept reduced payments - you've got to provide things for the baby somehow.

Fingers crossed that Capital One are ok about the full and final.

They should allow monies for the baby and Capital One should not attempt discrimanatory practices - go back to GT and tell them to argue the point with Capital One

Capital One are questioning the dividend they are going to get, my IP is still waiting to hear back from them still....

3 creditors voted yes for IVA to finish in August and to take everything paid to that date as full and final, all 3 will not allow me to reduce payments or to go bankrupt, so I must keep up with my full payments until then.

I'm going to go through the allowances that Melanie has emailed me and see what is acceptable for 1 child per month then see if they will accept a revised I&E.

Thanx for all your support, really don't know what I'd do without this site sometimes x

Dig in - and don't accept anything that you cannot really afford. The last thing you need right now is to be stressed out and have that affecting the baby.
