GT used to act for capital One - now its TIX I believe - it should not be a problem - if it is let me have chapter and verse and i will sort them out.

Just found out that the meeting has been adjorned until the 20th April, Capital One held most of the debt and now GT are chasing them to see if they agree to the reduced payments, the 3 that did vote have said that the IVA can finish on the 1st August but I have to continue with full payments including 50% of any overtime/commission/bonus that I get, though it was all done and dusted, roll on the 20th April........
Full & Final accepted, last payment is due on the 31st July 2009

That is great news phil 732. [:)]

lilmc - I am sure GT will be doing a good job in trying to cajole Capital One into agreeing - here's hoping it will work out fine.[:)]

Capital One didn't get back to GT, so paperwork will be based on original dividend for Cap One, GT are posting p/work out to me today, although I can't see what they were arguing over in the first place, but hey it's done now.
IVA will finish on 1st August, my parents have agreed to help out with buying little one a pram, car seat and carry cot as they are the most expensive things and Mum wants to do that for me, so I'm extremely grateful, although it has meant that I've had to come clean to my parents about the IVA, which wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be, telling them I'm going to be a single parent was easier, as I have quite a good job and have always seemed to manage, I didn't want them to be dissapointed with me when it came to the debt that I had, but now it's all out in the open with them both and they have been really supportive.

Only 4 more payments to go until i'm debt free, I think i'll go for an OJ after work to celebrate!!!
