well had telephone meeting today and disposable income is £450, as I thought but that only works out as 21p in the £ due to fees.....this seems an extremeley low repayment and i am now really nervous. Now awaiting call from I/P on Thursday....How long after this will the creditors meeting be?
Gosh.....life is so much easier!

Know how you feel pog,, ours is about the same,, but what it is, is what it is if you know what I mean, those are the figures, Our alternative is BR,, & our creditors will get a lot less (if anything at all) if they refuse our IVA. Must admit I am past the worry stage, concerned yes,, worried no, is that normal?

Trying to arrange our creditors meeting for 24th of this month, good luck with yours.
Kind Regards, MP

IVA accepted 1st October 2009

Hi Mrs Moody, I&E calculated today and will be passed to the I/P who is calling us on Thursday. We first made contact with Andy Davie on 4th July so has taken 8 weeks to get this far. I guess after our telephone call on Thursday the next stage is the creditors meeting........does anyone know how many weeks away this is likely to be.....need to start sleeping!
Gosh.....life is so much easier!

Most of the hard work has now been done - so it shouldn't take too much longer now. Which firm is doing your IVA for you?

Then you must be at the last stage of the process, and I hope you have a good meeting with Sue.

All the best for your meeting on Thursday and the IVA shouldn't take too long now, hope it all goes smoothly for you. I'll just add that you're in safe hands with Melanie and her team.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

thanks so much Lesley. Had the tele meeting yesterday with Susan Clay.....what a relief she is happy to put forward our proposal and we should receive the final documents to sign in the next few days. She was great very reassuring and I did not feel ashamed as I thought I would. Then is 16 days after she receives all the paperwork back until the creditors meeting! I am feeling optomistic today and am really hoping to get this approved so we can both enjoy life again.
Our outgoings have been more than our incomings for so long now that I cant wait to budget and actually reach the end of the month and be in credit.....even if only to the sum of £1... what an achievement that will be.
Our creditors are
RBS
BARCLAYS
ARGOS
NEXT
CAHOOT
EGG
PAYDAY UK
LOMBARD
BARCLAYCARD
I find great comfort in reading the threads on this forum and is very helpful to hear of others debt journeys.
Gosh.....life is so much easier!
