Hi Mel,

Hope you had a great holiday.

I spoke to Tina while you were away and she has sent you all my details to review...feeling very nervous now...hope you will be happy to put my iva forward, which may be a test case to see if HSBC will accept 34p in the £ under the new iva agreement.

Just to also let you know Tina was fantastic and very easy to talk to as it sometimes can be hard talking to someone about your debt that you do not know.

Thanks
Imran

Hi Imran

I have those details and will be looking at them this evening.

Don't be nervous. If you want to propose an IVA, and I feel that your offer is the best way to see creditors repaid, then I will put it forward. I am not an IP who is put off by hurdle rates or creditor criteria.

Thank you for the comments about Tina. She is a rather special lady to all of us.
Regards, Melanie Giles, Insolvency Practitioner
