Good Evening All
Having been in IVA for 4 months now !
Today had another statement from Lloyds credit card
still charging intrest and a reminder that te ACCOUNT IS NOW SERIOUSLY OVERDUE ??? So rang them to remind them that we are now in an IVA and have been for 4 MONTHS !!!
ERRRRRR HELLO WAKEY WAKEY.....And we know nothing of your IVA and instructed collectors MHA to deal with the debt ?

Am i right in understanding that they should not still be adding intrest to the account and acyion should i take if they call to collect ??? apart from them about the IVA ???
Thank You[:)]

I would just pass the information on to your IP.

They can't do nothing now and they certainly can't add interest and charges. Your IP will deal with them.
Steve.

IVA approved!

Ignore the interest and charges, they will just have to be taken off again! They can do nothing to you, and will most certainly have been told about your IVA by now.

If you speak to them again, get someone to check on the Insolvency Register. Once they see your name in black and white, that should convince them.

In the unlikely event of them sending any collectors round, you don't have to speak to them if you don't want to, but I would show them a copy of your chairmans report.

Get in touch with your IP on Monday.

As they probably voted on your creditors meeting, it does seem a little odd that they say now that they know nothing about it! Ignore them - they will soon get the message and are just wasting time and shareholders money with this pointless harrassment.
