40p in the pound...

hi all, just been on the phone with the ip's that are dealing with my iva and was told that i would be offering 40p in the pound to my creditors
egg loan 19000
egg card 3000
halifax loan 1000
halifax card 6800
halifax overdraft 2250
alliance and leicester 3500
mint 2000
next 200
= appx 38000

does anyone hava an opinion or knowledge of how the above creditors may vote?

They are all best offer creditors so i would suggest that you have a very good chance of them accepting.

Egg can be difficult sometimes and possilby ask for an Increase in contributins, so you might want to prepare yourself for that.

thanx for your reply.
would be nice to think that egg might take things into consideration like when i reduced my egg card limit from 15k to 3k instead of using it which i could easily of and trying for a top up loan which was refused, but will prepare myself for them possibly asking for a higher repayment!!!

I had egg, halifax and next.
Halifax was our main creditor, voted yes to mine and yes to my husbands but with an increase in payment of 60.00 per month.
Next didnt vote
Egg voted no - but was rejected anyway because halifax had the main vote

thanx carol,

hopefully because egg are only 2 of the 7 voters they will be out voted and things will go my way (fingers crossed) and i can probably afford a slight increase if they ask for one.. will keep everyone updated with my progress
