I have a 4th year equity release clause in my IVA, but id ont have any property and can safely say that i won't have in year 4 does this mean that this clause will not affect me in any way?
It seems strange that you have an equity release clause in your IVA proposal if you do not own or have an interest in a property.
You are correct though, if you don't have a property you cannot realise any equity from it. I would be tempted to ignore the clause as not being of any relevance to your particular proposal.

Yes ignore it - probably taken from an incorrect template!
