Hi
Does anyone know if DFD are closing cases and issuing Completion certificates like other companies or are customers being made to wait longer over VAT and other issues? And any 'realistic' timescales would be helpful for completion... I need to move on with my life and rebuild my credit and not be put on hold ....pretty please!

i was told they are and closures are anywhere from 3-6 months.
I know how you feel that after 5 years we all have this magic date in our head when its all over, but the closures can take some time due to many reasons, i guess thats one issues with the IVA is each case is very different dependant on who the creditors are, how much was owed, issues around VAT and PPi claims etc
Im sure you'll get there soon, maybe just sit back and relax for a bit knowing your IVA is very close to being completed.
