Hi all.
I will be ending my I.V.A in june 2018. With a one off payment.
As im just paying off loose ends were I had to take payment break pay rises and bonus payments
The question is.
I have been offered a new job with another company. My pay will jump from £17.5k to £25.5k
Will I have to inform my I.V.A company. And will this affect my end date of the I.V.A as the I.V.A company didn't have to make a return to the creditors as we agreed increased payments to end the I.V.A for June.
Yes, you do need to inform your IP ---- usually permanent pay increases are taken into account after the review following the rise, so shouldn't affect payments now anyway. But, as ever, it will be down to the IP to decide.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
