Barb, well done you. Make the most of those bargains at Morrisons and get a tenner off to boot! I have shopped today in Netto and have really cut my bill. I am no snob but I hate going there because it is mucky, but I can't afford to be choosy now, and its the nearest to my house without having to spend loads on rocketing fuel costs. Happy shopping ! If only i was allowed to shop there. Little fella wont eat anything that isnt asda's own. We have even tried disguising the food but he just knows if its even slightly different. He must have an amazing sense of taste.
Anything that isnt Asda's is "not right" or "dirty"

Hi Barb

I'll forever have a vision of you prowling the park benches with you scissors looking for discarded newspapers. I know you never said that Barb ... but that's the picture that popped into my mind lol.

Hi Ladyh

do you have an Aldi or a Lidl in your area. Even though the present Mrs Scollen works at Morrison's and has a 10% discount card we do most of our shopping at Lidl's and Aldi's. I worked out an approximate saving based on like trolleys for Morrison's and Asda and based on like for like I save about 40% per week on normal household shopping. The quality is excellent too, and with bread at over a pound now I'd rather buy one at Lidl's for 54p :)
