Well, none of the creditors voted, BRILLIANT!!!!.

IP is still trying to contact them to try and wrangle some votes from them so may have more news by the end of the day.

Oh well, the farce continues[:u]. The sooner IVA's come in line with Trust Deeds the better, that way this would have been a yes.

Kind Regards.

Aww Lee

I hope its all sorted for you soon. Its a shame because you think today its finally going to be sorted, and then it turns out you arent any further forward.

Lee - that's pants...hope you hear some good news soon.

Kerri - i haven't been on the pc much over the last week. I have finished work now for xmas and caught up with your story on another post. I felt really distressed for you. The majority of the people that post on this site will really feel for you. Going through the process, be it getting an approval or not, you get a heartfelt appreciation how other people must be feeling in their predictament. I wish you and your family all the best luck in the world I really do.

Take Care
x

Finally some good news.

They managed to get hold of PWC on the phone who are representing Natwest in the IVA. After a bit of harrassment and wrangling from my IP they decided to vote yes to the IVA. I owe least to Natwest by quite a large margin. Wish I could be a fly on the wall when Lloyds get the "IVA accepted" notification.

But now the bad news. My wifes creditors have still failed to vote. Among them is Lloyds. Lloyds is being done through KPMG for us and despite the IP's best efforts they have yet to get an answer from them.

I again go back to my previous statement about Trust Deeds. Will make things so much better for so many people when it eventually changes.

Kind Regards.

Lee

I owe lloyds £29K and they voted yes by postal vote (well KPMG did on their behalf). It just gets to me why there is no consistency in approach with this whole IVA process, both from an IP perspective and a creditor perspective.

It is a real shame for you and your family that this can't be sorted out before christmas...unless a miracle happens today.

I am peed off for you.
