6 Months after acceptance i am starting to recieve more and more court proceeding letters ,can someone please clarify what my ip is suppposed to do,the letters from creditors are implying that they have had no contact from myself or my ip informing them of iva, also still getting phone calls with settlement figures ,is this normal or more importantly is this allowed

Send them to your IP to deal with. This is what they are getting paid for after all - and don't beleive everything that creditors say, as I am sure they have already been written to several times by your IP.

Hi there - the letters /phone calls should have eased off, but sometimes creditors do not update their systems. Forward the letters to your IP for them to deal with.

Have you checked if your details on the insolvency register? You can always direct creditors to this if they want further confirmation of your IVA.
