Hi

I've signed up for the free trial for Equifax & Experian. Well some have already gone, some are dated 13th June so expect those to disappear in the very near future. But Lloyds Bank the cheek of them they are almost 4months out, so it will be these that I'll be writing to the Data Controller asking for them to remove.
Will try noddle again & if I can't get verified don't know why I've been living here for over 10 years etc etc. I'll fill out the written form & post off.

Good luck, just sounds like you have to sort out Lloyds TSB and you're good to go. Shame about having to wait for the certificate though.

Equifax will probably take a couple of weeks to delete them
Experian will delete on the 14th
We're willing to wipe the slate clean, give you a fresh start. All that we're asking in return is your cooperation.

Thanks again, no doubt I'll be asking further questions.

I'll be getting a progress update on the 14th June from GT closures team. Hopefully good news

Experian and noodle excellent in being very prompt (providing default dates are correct) in removing old delaults etc, equifax on the other hand are very poor, just be prepared to wait a month or so for them to remove defaults, im still waiting for 2 of mine to be removed.
