An IVA is a long hard road but valuable lessons have been learnt along the way. Now looking forward to enjoying a debt free future!

We have 3 more payments until we will be debt free it has been a long six years and 4 months.
If I knew at the beginning how hard it would be I am not sure I would have gone for an IVA but looking back it has been worth it we kept our house and we have learnt to value money.
I am hoping all the lessons we learnt help us to manage with our next financial challenge we are having a baby in March.

lulu27, congratulations on the forthcoming birth.

Northern Rock sometimes insisted on a 72 month IVA and then maybe equity clause could be a reason.
