hi 85% of my of my debit is to Barclays what if they dont vote
Empty pockets never held anyone back. Only empty heads and empty hearts can do that.

They usually do, Gavin, but if they don't vote they will be bound by the decisions of others who do.

Well if another creditor votes yes,and no one else votes,then your IVA will be accepted !!!

Barclays was 75% of my IVA and i had no bother with them at all hun...good luck xx

Barclays usually vote and as andy said if another vote yes and no one else votes you'll have your IVA accepted.

In my experience Barclays are quite receptive towards IVA's, I know its a hard time so try and dwell on the positives.

in my case only creditor bothered to vite and that counted as 100% on the day and no one quibbled it.

Barclays are one of m creditors and they accpeted the outcome.

It's all down to those who do vote. You need 75% of those creditors that do vote (pro rata to the debt owed) to vote yes to your proposal.

Barclays were 70% of my IVA,but they voted and it was passed...as a small thankyou im claiming back 6 years of bank charges which runs into thousands!! :0)

In my case Barclaycard did not vote but Barclays did with only 1.7% of the debt
