Won't be long now Cath...we waited over 6 months for our meeting, can you believe!

How are you coping family wise?

We're coping well, thanks Julie. Living within our means and enjoying it knowing that we're not using credit cards. I haven't used one since the beginning of August and we are budgeting well, even got a wee bit in the savings which I'm sure will disappear for Christmas!

Good luck Cath - you are with an excellent IP and she would not be putting your proposal forward if she wasn't confident of it being accepted.

Not long now.

Cath the feeling that you get when they tell you it's all accepted will wash away all the horrible feelings you have now! promise!

All the best Cath won't be long now and as Becca says the relief far outweighs this transitional period.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

wannaBfree, I started out with a firm who I cantacted in panic mode, I then found this forum and decided what they were telling me wasn't right so I am now with the IVA Advice Bureau. It's been a long slog so far but almost there!

You'll get the paperwork together I'm sure. It just takes a bit of balls when calling creditors for it especially if you have already missed a payment and if like me you never kept any of your agreements in the first place.

One thing for sure the IVA process definately gets you organised!
