Thanks, I doubt I'll be on tomorrow night as it's being streamed live on the FA website and my laptop is faster than Dave's so it's being commandeered for the match!

Well just wanted to say I got accepted! Feel so relieved however am still very nervous hoping Cath got on ok!

Well done Dan! All the best for the future.

OMG what a morning of nerves and missed phone calls and 10 minute gaps trying to find out!

Well as you all knew would be the case, we got accepted.

Got to do the 72 months and if we can't release equity then it will likely be an 84 monther! Cross that one when we come to it!

I feel so happy and am now going to clean my house as I have just realised how depressed I have been since August and have done nothing and it's a sh*t hole. Time now to worry about the things that matter.

Love to you all and thanks so much for supporting me and mega thanks to Mel and her team for making it happen.
