Thanks, it feels great!

TIX had a strange one....Request for board and lodgings. If any instances of co-habitation with the debtor of any person aged 18 or over occur during the term of this arrangement and where there is reasonable expectation that board and lodgings should be paid, the contribution will be added into the arrangement in full.

Yes it makes sense but I don't see any of those things happening. I have no room for a lodger in the mean time and my eldest will turn 18, 7 months prior to the end of the 6th year, so I guess that's as long as it lasts assuming he gets a job as opposed to going to uni.

Or a partner I guess but I'm not planning on getting a new one lol!

Well done from me to you and all at Melanie's team. The mods sound pretty standard for some creditors so nothing nasty.

It has been a great day for successful meetings and both Daniel and Cath thoroughly deserve to have got their approvals. Let's hope the creditors Xmas spirit continues, as I have a lot more meetings to get through before Christmas Eve!

I don't think Mel needs luck, true professional, fantastic track record, personal touch, commercial relations with credtors (you all told me so even in my darkest hours) obviously I am now biased but if anyone I know is ever worried about their debt situation, I know who I will recommend they speak with, along with the other IP experts on this forum to get the BEST advice.

Honestly, you can't believe the relief and happiness and positivity for the future I am feeling right now, it's euphoric and has given me a new lease of life. I will get out of my bed with a spring in my step tomorrow rather than I want to stay in bed attitude.....I'll stop going on because you all must be bored of me by now... but I am so HAPPY and will try and continue to help people coming to the forum, from my experience in what was a horrible but necessary process. xxx
