a bill for overpaid tax credits

Hi
I have just been declared bankrupct. I have just received a bill fron the inland revenue for £281.35 for overpaid tax credits for period ending 2005. What do I do?

Wouldn't worry it will be added to your other debts as you are bankrupt.

Just another example of the Inland Revenue being given another job they just didn't understand!

I think the best thing to do in this case is forward the bill to your OR, so they are at least aware of this extra debt.
