I know how you feel. Been with an IVA with the Debt Support Centre for over a year, and before that was under a Debt Management firm. Both my husband and myself work 5 days a week, and left with nothing once all the bills are paid. Keep trying to think positive that it will all be worth it, but sometimes it hard to think of it ever coming to an end.
Just about to enter the 2nd year and can epathise with the OP.
We're not finding it as difficult, financially or emotionally, as I had expected.
As someone mentioned above, holiday is time off together as a family. Going out to the beach or Forest with a picknick and spending time together.
We have this week booked a holiday.... a £9.50 pp Sun holiday to Butlins Bognor. For 3 of us it came to £40 for 4 nights... absolute bargain... look it up yourself
Schools are not allowed to discriminate against pupils due to financial hardship. Have a word with their teachers or the head and they should work something out so that your children don't miss out on school trips.
