This is an interesting topic for me concerning Payplan, I received a letter a month or so back saying the following:

'We have done your annual review and please find enclosed your last 3 months wage sheets returned' etc etc

Now you can imagine my surprise as my annual review was in August and the wage sheets weren't even mine[:0]

I got in touch where they apologised and asked me to return them blaming the swap over of offices for the mix up.

When I first took the plunge and went down the IVA route, Payplan were great, they helped me so much and I was very happy with them but since then the service has degraded so much.
If I need any advice, it takes an age to get an answer even via email and now when I've just logged into the Justabank utility, I find that I have now got another I.P.....thats my 5th in a couple of yrs.
I know that people move on in their jobs but how are we to expect that personal touch when they don't know your history[?]

I wonder if they are becoming just too big[?]

I presume that you mean your case officer? We have had three.

Up until now we haven't had a problem, we've always been able to get hold of someone and any problems sorted out.

We did also received someone elses payslips once which we sent back straight away.

I wonder if this is what has happened to mine? Hubby hasn't had a letter about his pension slips not being there, but of course that could all change once the post starts up again.

Yeh, maybe they've mistaken yours for somebody else's but as you say you will now have to wait till the 4th Jan to find out.

I suppose I'm lucky that I have only to send in 3 wage sheets along with my P60 once a yr at my annual review and I've always sent in photocopies which they seem happy to accept.

Hope that you get it sorted out, they do seem to be all over the place at the moment.

towards the end of my iva they kept swapping case officers and the newer case officers were not understanding at all. With the help of this forum i got my old case officer back who used to take part in this forumm and she was brill .I cant thank this forum enough and my old case officer for ending my Iva,and although i dont contribute much to this forum it is disapointing to note payplan seem to be losing the personal touch
Iva F&F settled...Yeah !!!

I guess they could've returned yours to someone else Jan? Whatever has happened I'm hoping they've got it sorted as soon as and that they have hubby's etc., and then you can really rant if they've only mislaid/lost yours? x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

It's never been offered to us as an option, but I will suggest it in the New Year.

If they won't do it, I shall be taking copies of future payslips and they can have those - at least I'll still have the originals to hand. Presumably, if they can't find them then we will have to ask for duplicates.

What a pain!
I'm with Payplan, and when my IVA was set up my case officer told me that she would prefer to recieve copies of my payslip electronically, although I don't recieve hard copy of my payslips, and can just view them on the work intranet.
I owe, I owe, - so off to work I go...

Was not given that option, but always have hard copies of payslips, never electronic.

Just an update.

Hubby spoke to our case officer this morning about the letter. To be fair she is very pleasant and helpful.

It appears that this letter was generated because Payplan are late doing our quarterly review! They do have our payslips and she will be doing the review shortly.

Just annoyed that we've had to wait almost two weeks to find that out.

I'm glad that it's been sorted out Jan, but I think it's disgusting that Payplan close for Christmas.

I think it is bad as well - especially when the problem stems from their side and not mine!

I didn't bother too much about it over Christmas, but other people might have.

I suppose the staff at Payplan want to enjoy their Christmas too, & the banks were closed.

Even so I don't think they should be closed completely, they should have a skeleton staff working.
