Both are already struggling - we are in no position to help them out so I don't know how they will manage.

As new comer to this site and having blogged in many sites, my observations is that this site does feel like an IVA chatroom first and advice centre second. So some reorganisation from those who wants to 'go to class' and those to want wax superlatives on IVA is welcomed.
